Retreat Level 1: Pillar of Light

The first level dives deep into the first Chakra - Mūlādhāra focusing on your sexuality and primal nature.

 

We work on shedding societal and parental conditioning and accepting our sexuality and primal instincts as both natural and divine.

 

As a result, we unlearn limiting beliefs and foster a holistic self-view, integrating our body, mind and soul. We accept our selves as men and relize our contribution in relationships with other men and women..

This includes practices aimed at ejaculatory control, channeling sexual energy in an 'In and Up' direction, contrary to the typical 'Down and Out'.

 

This practice is  helpful for preserving and elevating sexual energy and enables you to prolong love making sessions, while  providing additional energy in general..

While the ‘down and out’ direction is valid for pleasure or procreation, you will discover that you can increase your potential as a master lover, for creative and spiritual fulfilment by practicing the ‘in and up’ direction of that life force energy.
